How To Use This Website

Collectors Live has been created so people in the room and people watching remotely can enjoy the Edge Collectors live event, follow the auction lots, watch the live stream, and take part where available.

Here is a simple guide to using the website.

1. Watch the Live Event

On the home page and auction lot pages, you will see the live event player.

Before the stream starts, you may see a thumbnail image with a "Watch Live" button.

Click "Watch Live" to open the live stream.

The live stream is planned to run on 23rd May from 6.30pm to 10.00pm.

2. Follow the Auction Schedule

The first auction lot is expected to start at 7.00pm.

After that, auction lots are planned to start approximately every 12 minutes.

Each auction is expected to run for around 4 minutes.

Please remember these times are estimates and may change slightly on the night.

3. View Auction Lots

You can browse the auction lots on the website.

Each lot page may include:

  • Lot number
  • Item name
  • Item image
  • Product code, where available
  • Description
  • Guide price
  • Estimated start time
  • Bidding information

4. Placing a Bid

When bidding is available, follow the instructions shown on the auction lot page.

Check your bid carefully before submitting.

By placing a bid, you are confirming that you are happy to buy the item if you are the winning bidder.

5. Pre-Bids

Some lots may allow pre-bids before the live auction begins.

A pre-bid lets the auction team know your interest before the lot goes live.

The highest pre-bid may be used as the starting point during the live auction.

6. Prize Draws

Prize draws may take place during the event.

Where prize draw tickets or entries are available, follow the instructions on the website.

The draw may be shown using a spinning wheel or randomised selector.

The winner will be displayed once selected.

7. Watching Remotely

If you are not in the room, you can still follow the event from your phone, tablet, laptop, or computer.

For the best experience:

  • Keep the live stream open
  • Check the auction lot pages regularly
  • Make sure your internet connection is stable
  • Refresh the page if something does not update

8. On Mobile Phones

The website has been designed to work on mobile.

If you are using your phone:

  • Turn your volume on for the live stream
  • Keep an eye on lot start times
  • Make sure your screen does not lock during bidding
  • Refresh if your page falls behind

9. Winning an Auction or Prize

If you win an auction or prize draw, the organiser will confirm the result and explain the next steps.

This may include payment, collection, delivery, or contact details.

10. Need Help?

If you are at the event, please speak to a member of the team.

If you are watching remotely, follow any instructions shown on the live stream or website.

Enjoy the event, follow the lots, and have fun being part of the Collectors Live experience.
