Collectors Live is designed to support a live event experience. Some features may be used by people in the room, while others may be used by remote viewers watching online.

All users are responsible for making sure they understand how the website works before placing bids or entering prize draws.

Auction lots will be displayed with images, descriptions, item numbers, product codes where available, guide prices, and estimated start times.

We do our best to ensure that all auction information is accurate, but minor errors or changes may occur during a live event.

The auctioneer or event organiser has the final decision on the sale of any auction item.

By placing a bid, you are confirming that you are willing and able to complete the purchase if you are the winning bidder.

Bids may not be withdrawn once placed unless agreed by the event organiser.

The highest accepted bid at the close of each auction will usually be treated as the winning bid, subject to confirmation by the organiser or auctioneer.

Where pre-bidding is available, pre-bids may be used to set the starting point for the live auction.

Submitting a pre-bid does not guarantee that you will win the item.

Prize draws may be run during the event using a randomised draw system, including a spinning wheel or similar visual method.

Each valid ticket or entry may be represented in the draw.

The winner will be selected at random and displayed on the public screen or website where appropriate.

The organiser's decision is final.

The live stream is provided to help remote viewers enjoy the event and follow the room activity.

The stream is expected to run on 23rd May from 6.30pm to 10.00pm, but timings may vary depending on the event.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the live stream due to internet, platform, device, or technical issues outside our control.

Auction start times shown on the website are estimates only.

The first auction is planned to start at 7.00pm, with following lots starting approximately every 12 minutes.

Each auction is expected to last around 4 minutes.

These timings may change on the night depending on the pace of the event.

Winning bidders will be contacted or directed by the organiser regarding payment and collection or delivery arrangements.

Items will not normally be released until payment has been received.

Any postage, delivery, insurance, or collection arrangements should be agreed with the organiser.

Auction and shop items are checked before being listed. Where certificates of authenticity or relevant paperwork are available, this will be stated where possible.

Used or pre-owned items may show signs of age or previous ownership unless otherwise stated.

Users are responsible for entering their details correctly, checking their bids before submitting, and ensuring they have a stable internet connection when taking part remotely.

Collectors Live is provided as a live event support tool. While every effort is made to keep it running smoothly, temporary interruptions or technical issues may occur.

The organiser may update these terms if needed before, during, or after the event.
